NEW CDC guidelines were issued AGAIN last THURSDAY regarding permitted activities for fully vaccinated individuals. *NOW APPARENTLY* FOR FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS MASK WEARING IS NO LONGER ESSENTIAL OR NECESSARY. EXCEPT WHERE IT IS...
So for this week: Mask wearing is optional during your visit to the studio. Full disclosure--I am unsure how to handle PHYSICAL DISTANCING protocols. Have a mask with you just in case.
All regulars at the studio are fully vaccinated so we might as well take advantage of this moment of freedom. But For the Record--I do believe this latest CDC rule is a bit premature.
STRONG, LEAN & LIMBER CLASS W/LYNNE IN STUDIO and LIVE ZOOM.
Time: 9:30-10:30am.
Space remains limited to no more than 5-6 participants so you need to let Debbie know your intentions towards attending this IN STUDIO version of the class.
There will remain the option of doing this class as LIVE ZOOM.
FOR NOW:
The Yoga Whole is open for IN STUDIO CLASSES-- I have resumed my Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday IN STUDIO classes AND Lynne has resumed her Friday class. Her Yoga and Movement class will be moving back into the studio during the coming weeks.
Lynne's classes are all still available as live ZOOM. She will be teaching her regular classes (Monday & Wednesday) as LIVE ZOOM only. Fridays SLL class is available as Zoom or In Studio.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING IS YOUR CALL DURING YOUR VISIT TO THE STUDIO AND MASK WEARING IS OPTIONAL PROVIDED YOU ARE FULLY VACCINATED.
PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS OR USE HAND SANITIZER UPON ENTRY TO THE STUDIO (BE CONSIDERATE OF USING SHARED SPACES)

This is a mantra to Ganesha (the remover of obstacles) and his incarnated energy-Vinayaka which translates as "something under control". Don't think I need to say more about how the energy of this mantra might be useful spread out into the world right now.
