COVID REMINDERS
The studio will only remain a safe place to practice if we all take the necessary effort to keep it that way. SO AS A REMINDER:
PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT ON YOUR MAT.
MAINTAIN A PHYSICAL DISTANCE OF AT LEAST SIX FEET AT ALL TIMES.
WASH YOUR HANDS AND/OR USE HAND SANITIZER UPON ENTERING THE STUDIO.
ALSO ATTEST THAT (as it is clearly stated on the waiver):
You are not experiencing any symptoms of illness. You have not traveled internationally. You have not traveled to traveled to a highly impacted area in the USA or on a plane for 14 days. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN EXPOSED to someone with or with a suspected case of COVID. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED AND/OR NOT CLEARED with COVID yourself.
I cannot control the choices you feel you must make during this chaotic time but I can control who enters the doors of The Yoga Whole.
SO MOVING FORWARD A DECISION TO ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY THAT MAKES YOUR POTENTIAL EXPOSURE MORE OF A RISK (be it going to a funeral, travel, etc.) IS THE SAME AS MAKING THE DECISION TO REFRAIN FROM IN STUDIO PRACTICES FOR AT LEAST 10 DAYS.
I am not sure I can speak for everyone but I do think I am speaking for most when I say that the ability to teach and/or practice Yoga IN STUDIO has been a real help towards maintaining my mental health. I very much want to continue this practice.
Here are the full guidelines we are establishing at this time. Please understand that some classes may have slightly different "rules"and "rules" are subject to change as situations warrant.
